About Ann
From Astrophysicist to Financial Advisor for Women in STEM
Born and raised in New York City, Ann started her professional career planning to be an astrophysicist. After receiving her BA in Physics from Princeton University and her MS in Astrophysics from Caltech, she began a 30-year career in the defense industry designing and building software systems and ultimately managing multi-million dollar programs and business units.
In her most recent career transition, Ann became a licensed Financial Advisor, combining her long-term interest in investing with her extensive experience in planning and risk management to help people improve their financial lives. She particularly enjoys working with women in the STEM fields because she can relate to the challenges of pursuing your passion in a profession where you don’t look like everyone else.
